Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Only products purchased directly from HALBERD’s website can be returned to us. If the item was purchased through an authorized third-party retailer, please follow their return policy.
2. Conditions for Returning Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unworn.
All return requests must include proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.
3. Return Process To initiate a return:

Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds may take additional days to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not supported at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Products marked as "final sale."
Gift cards.
